Made up of central gas supply system / 集中供氣系統(tǒng)的組成
1、Gas-source parts: cylinder (air supply) set cylinders placed in a specific room, through one-stage vacuum system (gas regulator or manifold) with gas under pressure into a low pressure gas.
氣源部分:氣瓶(氣源)集中安置在特定的氣瓶間,通過一級減壓系統(tǒng)(氣體減壓器或匯流排)將高壓氣體轉化成低壓氣體。
2、Piping parts: stainless steel pipeline to deliver the gas to the floor after equipment used in every room.
管道部分:經(jīng)過(316#)不銹鋼管道將氣體送到各樓層各房間的儀器設備使用點。
3、Terminal part: the instrument is configured before cut-off valve and secondary pressure reducer, can make gas switches, precise adjustment and display air pressure.
